Rename PDF files, also in bulk

Give every document a clear name before you download. Rename one, or all of them at once with a pattern.

How it works

  1. Choose your PDFs

Drop them into the window or pick them with the button. Every file becomes a document with its own name.

  2. Choose a pattern

Choose Rename and build the new name, for example invoice-{n:000} or {date} {name}. Find and replace changes part of every name. You see right away what every name becomes.

  3. Download

Every document becomes a PDF with the new name. Several documents come together in a ZIP.

Useful for

  • Giving printer scans (scan-001, scan-002) clear names.
  • Numbering invoices: invoice-001, invoice-002 and so on.
  • Putting today's date in front of every file name.
